National Network of the Education for All Campaign welcomes the inclusion of preschoolers in the education system
The Cape Verde National Education for All Campaign Network (RNCEPT-CV) classifies as a “victory for Cape Verde”, the Government's commitment to include pre-school in the educational system, already in the next academic year.

To Inforpress, the RNCEPT-CV coordinator, Abraão Borges, said that he had received the Prime Minister's announcement as “a bomb”, claiming that the network has been in this struggle since 2010, the beginning of its creation, under the motto “Pre-Education” school ”.

With this revelation from the executive, he added, “Cape Verde continues to be the level of education in Africa”.

For Abraão Borges, the construction of any house goes through its foundation, which is why he considers that pre-school appears as the mainstay for the construction of Cape Verde's better future and that it makes no sense to leave the little ones left to private initiatives , when “the future of the country is in the children”.

"Pre-school was more the responsibility of city councils and private entities, so children with less possession do not attend this level of education", he recalled, stressing that the generalization of pre-school is putting an end to social justice, with a view to providing education for all.

Abraão Borges underlined that all the projects sought by RNCEPT-CV, at international or national level, always covered pre-school, as a motto for building a more just society, asserting that today's world must be prepared for construction for a better world.

“We are on the right path towards the Sustainable Development Objective, SDG'4, which is fundamental in this matter, Cape Verde benefits from this initiative”, considers the professor, for whom, this is something that has been expected for a long time and that “in good time ”came to the network that has been obtaining international support and financing for awareness-raising actions that lead the Government to take on pre-school.
